Except for these cases, we allow the customer to exchange the product within (7) days and return it within (24) hours for products that are available for return and exchange. According to the stipulated conditions, non-returnable products cannot be returned under any circumstances.
First: Preliminary provisions:
1- The product will not be accepted as an exchanged or returned product unless the customer is notified of the acceptance of the exchange or return of the product.
2- It may take (7) working days for the product to be replaced or returned until it reaches us upon return, depending on the customer’s location. Once the product arrives, it takes two working days for the product to be inspected.
3- After the product to be exchanged or returned arrives, it may take from (7) days to (14) working days to return the refunded price.
4- After deducting the shipping costs, if the return is due to the customer not wanting the product, the customer will recover the rest of the amount paid using the same method of payment.
5- We reserve the right to return the product to the customer if the returned product does not meet our guidelines or conditions.
6- The customer is not entitled to get his money back if the product is not suitable for exchange or return.
7- If a request to refund or return a product is rejected after receiving it because the conditions for refund or return are not met, we will return the product to the customer.
8- If the product is used, we will reject the refund request and will return the product back to the customer.

Third: Conditions for exchange or return of orders after:
1- The period for return and exchange begins as soon as the item is made available for delivery by the shipping company, whether by arriving at the shipping company’s branch or by an attempt to be delivered by the representative. The delay in receiving the item by the customer does not allow the customer to extend the period for return and exchange.

3- When wishing to exchange or return, the customer must send the following information:

4- After receiving the replacement or return request for remote orders, it will be studied and the customer will be responded to within (7) working days. 5- The price will be transferred within (7) to (14) working days after studying it and ensuring that it complies with the conditions for return or exchange as in the previous clause.
6- If the payment service is requested upon receipt, the customer undertakes to receive the order from the representative or shipping company, and he can later return or exchange the item according to the terms and conditions. If the order is refused, the customer will bear the shipping company or representative’s fees. The customer will be prohibited from ordering again if this condition is violated.

Warranty terms and conditions:
1 - We guarantee the products purchased from us with an unlimited maintenance guarantee, and the customer must bring the invoice when requesting maintenance.

Terms and Conditions for Manufacturing and Detailing Orders:
1- Upon receiving the order from the customer, the customer is given an expected estimated price for the product, and the customer pays - in advance - when the order is approved the manufacturing fee or 20% of the estimated price.
2- The estimated price is subject to change depending on the change in the global gold price, whether it increases or decreases, between the time the order is approved and the time the piece is received.
3- If the global price of gold does not change, the actual cost may differ from the estimated cost by 20%, increase or decrease; According to weight and other factors.
4- The exact weight cannot be known until the product is manufactured; But it can be estimated within the percentage of change mentioned above.
5- The customer must receive the product immediately after its manufacturing.
6- If the customer is late in receiving the product after its manufacturing has finished, the customer will bear any subsequent change in the price of gold.
7- The customer may refuse to receive the product after it has been manufactured if it violates the basic conditions and descriptions recorded in writing between the two parties. In this case, he has the right to recover the manufacturing fee within (7) working days from the date of the end of manufacturing the part; The customer will not get the deposit back after this period has passed.
8- If the customer is late in receiving the product for more than (30) days after the end of its manufacturing, we have the right to sell the product or dispose of it as required by the business interest, with the customer bearing an administrative fee equal to 5% of the final value of the product.
9- If we are unable to manufacture the part for any reason, the customer has the full refund of the manufacturing fee and we do not bear any other responsibility.
10- We have the right to benefit from the designs proposed for manufacturing in all aspects of benefit, including re-manufacturing, selling, advertising, etc.; The customer does not have the right to monopolize the design except by a special written agreement between the two parties.
Booking terms and conditions:
1- When booking the product, the customer pays 20% of its price unless otherwise agreed upon in writing between the two parties.
2- The price of the product is subject to changes in gold prices, and the price of gold depends on the time of paying the full price and receiving the product, not at the time of booking. Therefore: If the price of gold increases or decreases at the time of receipt compared to the time of reservation or payment of the deposit, the price of the product changes accordingly, whether it decreases or increases.
3- The tax is calculated on the product and is subject to the legally prescribed rate when it is received, not when it is reserved.
4- The period for paying the price and receiving the product must be determined when the customer wishes to reserve, and the specified period must be adhered to.
5- The customer has the right to recover the deposit or installment before receiving the product, while bearing an administrative fee equal to 5% of the total price of the product.
6- The store does not bear responsibility for reminding the customer to complete the price, and the customer must take care to adhere to the scheduled date without follow-up or reminder from the store.
7- The customer can exchange the reserved piece for another one once after (7) days have passed since the reservation without adding any fees. The customer will bear the prescribed administrative fee of 5% of the total price of the reserved item if he wishes to exchange it after this period has passed.
8- If the customer fails to pay the rest of the required price, we have the right to dispose of the product within (30) days; The customer will recover the deposit or previously paid installment after deducting the prescribed administrative fees (5% of the total price).
